I have been a fitness professional and bodyworker for 16 years, with a background in Pilates, form-driven and functional personal training, deep tissue and myofascial release. I have always loved balancing my passion for anatomy and structural knowledge with the mindfulness of our energetic field and flow. My approach to fitness is one of sincere intention towards form, focusing on quality over quantity. I was so passionate about this that I wrote and teach my own Pilates certification curriculums around the country and am honored to support amazing instructors who are now of service to so many others. Whether wanting to rehab an injury, maintain a consistent movement practice, build strength and flexibility or dive into a deeper physical self-awareness and healthy relationship with your vessel, I am here for you.


Private Sessions

Virtual sessions with a trained eye help you with every detailed exercise. Sessions are customized to support your personal goals, whether wanting a standard Pilates session, to incorporating cardio/weights, to incorporating breath work, energetics, dance and more, these sessions are about your vessel, whatever that means to you.

My Pilates journey started from square one, knowing very little about Pilates, but heard it can do wonders. I started working with Jess after having uterine surgery. Jess is a phenomenal instructor with a wealth of knowledge that goes well beyond Pilates. She brings her experience as a massage therapist into the one-on-one sessions and is so thoughtful while accommodating my needs. I started with Jess as an investment in my health by building strength and improving flexibility post babies.
